UNDERTAKING

By uploading any images, music, videos or other content (hereinafter to be collectively referred to as the “Content”) on our Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service as available on Seqposure.com and expressly and unconditionally undertake that you shall not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Content that:

a)      Is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or is against public policy, morality, or decency standards, or otherwise violates any laws, regulations, or legal obligations;

b)      Can potentially promote or incite hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group;

c)      Is copyrighted material or otherwise violates any intellectual property or related rights of any third party;

d)      Violates the rights of any third party including but not limited to privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual rights;

e)      Can potentially give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law;

f)       Can potentially trick, defraud, or mislead other Users, or otherwise impersonate or falsely represent any entity or person.

You undertake that the Content shall be accurate and truthful, and you have the absolute right and authority to upload, disseminate, or license the use of such Content in your absolute discretion without affecting the rights of any third party. You further undertake that you have obtained all the required permissions, licenses, or authorizations from relevant rights holders for the use and distribution of the Content.

You agree and undertake to indemnify and hold harmless Seqposure, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this undertaking by you. You acknowledge that Seqposure reserves the right to remove or disable access to any Content that violates this undertaking or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or objectionable by Seqposure without creating any liability on Seqposure.

By uploading Content to our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Undertaking and failure to comply with this undertaking may result in the removal of your Content and the termination of your account on Seqposure and Seqposure reserves all its rights.
